  4. He will not see his 20th birthday. Had he killed a nobody, maybe he would have been ok. But he killed a cop, it does not matter if he retired or not. Cops are essentially a legal gang with badges, and mete out the same sort of justice that the cartels do. The correct term for what is going to happen is "accidental weapons discharge", Or optionally, "pre planned escape with access to deadly weapons".
