You can judge presidents in two ways-how many administrations they are elected to and whether the next elected president continues their policies or not. By this measure, Carter was the Democratic version of George Bush Sr.-a failure as president.

Through media, it is a dialect that is recognizable to most Americans as a “tough guy” dialect which makes him even more admirable. This is a very serious problem for anyone hoping to challenge Trump in 2020. Speak the peoples language or be trampled. In addition, do not speak the languages of any group that is hated or mistrusted. It will be used as a weapon.
