  1. Abdulrahman Saleh Remember something very important about G. W. Bush. He was a deer in the headlights during that first week, completely surprised and shell shocked by what had happened. He was not a good president at all in the sense that he failed to take the initiative and respond accordingly until over a year later, and against the wrong opponent. Had Trump been president that day, the American response would have been delivered in hours, not years.
