@daemontargaryen5614 Doesn't matter. Perception of a fair and honest election is key, and if individual states start tampering with who can and who can't run, then the whole process will be seen as a sham and the nation is done.

@rwdyeriii It won't be the big issue if the GOP leaves states rights alone. If it does happen, it will be because they let the crazies take the reins and then you will see the country start to fall apart.

No offense, but Europe and its antics and problems are part of the reason why the USA is in such trouble. No matter what happens, NATO is living on borrowed time, as are several other alliances that have been swallowing the American budget. I actually hope Trump gets reelected and does everything as nasty as possible, because what the world needs is a high dose of reality brought back to it that has been obscured over the decades by American "I'll take care of you"-ism.

@erebus1134 The only taxes that are universal in the USA are the federal ones. You are free to leave any state at any time to get a better deal, just as you are free to fire your boss at will and become your own boss at will. Invoking slavery is nothing but a cop-out and a mask to hide ones own weakness and failure to mature in life.
