  1. You can rule out NK. They are soldiers, not monsters. Al Qaida however, has many monsters. I was thinking at first that this may have been a domestic terror attack because of the JFK library component, but that has been said to not be a bomb now. So, who goes and sets off two pressure cooker type IED's at a marathon in synchronized fashion? My best guess it's a lone wolf monster under Al Qaida's tutelage.
