@Harry Quellings It is not his job to address the military leadership of an enemy nation. What he did is exactly what General MacArthur got fired for by President Truman. The President alone is the voice of the nation to foreign leaders, the military does not steer national policy.

@Harry Quellings Trump didn’t know what Miley had done at the time. Had he gotten wind of the calls he made he likely would have fired him. And yes, we are at war with China.
