  1. Where does that fuel come from? Is it subject to OPEC or the farmers? What guarantees are there that the price will stay low and stable? What happens when someone tries to jew the market and sends prices out of control, like $6.00 a gallon in California. Why should we pay these guys when another option exists?

  2. No he didn't. I don't like Brandon at all, but he did not create Tesla. Musk and Bush did, not him. And Wall Street is calling the shots on this, not the government. Wall Street is of the opinion that gas engine cars are doomed, one oil crisis away from killing off their consumer base and sending the big three back into chapter 11 like last time. Brandon don't mean jack to the investors.

  3. Americans like trucks. What is the going price of even a low end one right now? According to Google, a 2023 Ford 150 Supercrew cab is from $41,530 basic. This means the real price is much higher, probably around $60-65k. But we have to remember a few things. One, it depreciates the moment it leaves the lot. It will not sell for the price it was bought at. Second, it has a short lifespan. You can make it run 200-250k miles with alot of TLC, but eventually you are going to pay huge maintenance costs. More money. Then there is insurance, gas prices which are at the mercy of every crackpot dictator wannabe in the world, and the commodities market. Given that the proven lifespans of Teslas are now in the 1,000,000 mile range(before a new battery installation), and the simplicity of maintenance, and the fact that are not subject to the whims of foreign interests, what is the smarter choice? I need a truck because I run a business that requires one for work, but for the non-work environment, I am not paying any money to the oil sheikhs or 13th tribe. And the UAW can go and F themselves.

  5. Norfolk Southern is more important to the economy than the UAW. Much in the same way that he won't let the airlines strike, Brandon or whoever is pulling his strings is choosing the battles.
