  4. I'm so sorry for your loss, Mark! It must be horrible right now! Especially when it was so out of the blue!! Everything seemed fine, but as you say, childhood trauma always has ways of catching up with us and it seems it did with Kyara tragically!! You bring a lot of hope to so many people Mark! So I really hope you don't lose faith! Can't imagine how much you're hurting right now! You've a kind heart and you give a lot to people! Just be careful you don't let people abuse your kindness! Us empathetic people wanna help everyone in the world, but the one person we always fail to help is ourselves! You need time to grieve and heal from this! I wish you well my friend!🙏❤️🙌
