My anxiety and depression can be absolutely unbearable at times! I always loved a sauna and a steam room, also find that cold water exposure is excellent for mental and physical health! I swim most days in the Irish sea and it's absolutely brilliant for my head and especially for recovery after a rugby game!😬🤕😷🤣 much love from Ireland 🇮🇪 ❤
