  37. What a joke. The government has had equal pay laws for literally 70 years. In fact, women actually make MORE than men when they do the same work for the same amount of hours. The reason it seems women make less is that they miss more hours and days of work than men do. If women were actually making less than men, they would be making a killing in the court system.
