  3. It's because most people can't afford kids anymore. 90% of people's salaries haven't kept up with inflation for the last 40 years. Add to it that people are much more selfish now, they see kids as an inconvenience to a fun lifestyle.

  5. Someone should do research on bandit activity in the area over the centuries. I think it's most plausible that travelers were ambushed, captured, and then killed with blows to the head to keep the bandits secrets.

  7. The dirty little secret of science is that carbon dating and all other forms of time estimation have NEVER been proven correct. In fact carbon dating has been proven wrong multiple times, but they stick with it due to some agenda somewhere.
