It will not reach its projected GDP this year, it is witnessing a calamitous collapse of its housing bubble, it has greatly overextended itself through far too ambitious building initiatives, and it has a disillusioned middle class and a despairing younger generation. It's "go-go days" appear over. As for your suggestion that Canada, Mexico, and Europe (did the EU suddenly disappear?) join BRICS, what values and goals do the aforementioned entities have in common with such BRICS members as Ethiopia, Iran and the Russian Federation? Your contrarian suggestion may feel as though you are delivering a blow to American cutthroat Capitalism, but the facts don't support such a radical concept. Cheers
