  3. Might try that. I don't have access to a bag right now and haven't worked out in a while. Might help to aleast get some form and muscle memory down. Thanks

  5. @tims.3950  bro I am asking for someone to end me. I stand up for myself each and every time and it pisses people off. But I also know when to shut up and despite my tendency to piss people off, still haven't been in any fights in a long time. But I know my days are numbered. Eventually, I will run into a badder bully. Until that day comes, just gonna try to keep being tactful. You stay safe too man. No need for anyone to end up in dangerous situiations if at all possible. Best wishes.

  6.  @MHLivestreams  ya I need to just stop letting anxiety stop me and start training. I am so afraid that I will be judged for my lack of ability that I forget the self defense community is actually rather welcoming. Furthermore I have mental health issues that create alot of paranoia...like I am scared everywhere I go tbh. Maybe training would help mitigate that.

  7. I'm a small guy, thus the laws if physics are against me if I get hit. I also have a look, wearing tiedy and video game/band t-shirts everywhere. Sometimes people will make fun of me at bars, but I'm never there alone. I simply don't react or respond. I'll stand my ground if I ever need to, but when you just ignore people who are talking shit, especially if they see you are with friends, they'll typically go on somewhere. I think you give very good advice, will def be watching this channel more.
