Scary world. I am 5'8 and 140 lb. I have alot to worry about. It has been a long time since my last fight. It worries me, because I am not prepared.

@tims.3950 bro I am asking for someone to end me. I stand up for myself each and every time and it pisses people off. But I also know when to shut up and despite my tendency to piss people off, still haven't been in any fights in a long time. But I know my days are numbered. Eventually, I will run into a badder bully. Until that day comes, just gonna try to keep being tactful. You stay safe too man. No need for anyone to end up in dangerous situiations if at all possible. Best wishes.

@MHLivestreams ya I need to just stop letting anxiety stop me and start training. I am so afraid that I will be judged for my lack of ability that I forget the self defense community is actually rather welcoming. Furthermore I have mental health issues that create alot of paranoia...like I am scared everywhere I go tbh. Maybe training would help mitigate that.
