  2. If it was premeditated, then there is no way insanity should apply. Doesn't surprise me though...this government makes everything so overly complex and convoluted that standards can be interpreted differently by different judges/prosecutors/attorneys. Keep it simple stupid. The fact that guy is up for insanity is should be a crime. Ridiculous.
