  1. It's called inflation! When you go to a restaurant and buy a meal. You are not just just buying the meal. You are buying the raw materials to make that meal, including the food, labor to gather and transport the food, and the cost to prepare the meal, aka salary of the restaurant employee. Stop eating out, go to a grocery store to buy your food, and cook your food at home!
