  2. There shouldn't be an "rocking" during sparring! That's the problem! Alex didn't even have head gear on or his mouthpiece in!

  3. This almost always happens when a current boxing/mma champion or popular fighter spars with people they aren't familiar with! These types of guys want to make a name for themselves by beating champs and popular fighters during sparring! It's pathetic!
