  2. I'm pretty sure President Putin gave the Russian Oligarchs warnings, about moving their assets out of the West! The Russian Oligarchs knew this was coming, and they still left their assets in the West. I know that some assets like the Chelsea Football Club is impossible to move, but you can move yachts, or even sale them.

  4. I don't understand why any country would have any dealings with another country that sanctioned them! India should sanctioned the U.S. in response! U.S. needs to stop bullying other countries.
