  15. They wouldn't be crazy enough to refuse public access to their taxes . They'd be hauled over coals by the free press in a second . Only presidents can still and make their own laws, but that's only while president. And when the president is brazen enough to corrupt the Dept. of Justice with a political stooge (in Trump's case 4, I believe).
