  1. Yeah, I don't think so. Maybe some dinosaur groups were going extinct, but non avian dinosaurs as a whole would probably still be around.

  2. No. Azdarchids were terrestrial hunters that preyed on small land animals. They may have waded into extremely shallow waters to catch small fish. But they definitely did not fish at sea like some other pterosaurs.
