@Singularityv616 If you don't like beeping, why don't you just sell your XC60 and just buy an old car from the 1990's? 90's cars are better than all cars new from 2020's decade.

People: Complaints about lack of rear wiper on some SUV and hatchbacks Also people: Never complains why sedans lacks a rear wiper

@-Burb Sedans would look stupid with a rear wiper. So you also think buses need a rear wiper?

I love how people get annoyed when modern cars have X,Y and Z things, but never get annoyed when seeing other sensible drivers on the roads.

@zandarion You're just making assumptions. First off, Manufacturers won't put blinkers or hazard lights in the infotainment menu. Secondly, turn signals will always be a stalk or buttons on the steering wheel. It's probably required by law. And thirdly, hazard lights are legally required to be a physical button on the dashboard, manufacturers aren't allowed put it in the infotainment menu.

@TheRVSN You know that red turn signals aren't in allowed in Europe? Most EU countries mandated amber turn signals since 1962. All vehicles sold in European markets since the 60's must have amber turn signals. Netherlands still allows red turn signals, but I think they're only allowed on imported cars.

@TheRVSN That's a US-spec model. If you really can't see the turn signal, you shouldn't even be driving.

@TheRVSN Whatever you say. You're still a moron if you can't really see the turn signals from the distance. In all cars turn signals are still separated from the brake lights and they're also brighter than the amber turn signal used in the US.

If you can see small turn signals you shouldn't be driving. I hope someone takes your license and burn it.

People: Finds beeps annoying Also people: Doesn't mind that trucks has reverse beepers

@andreasrohrer So does some beeps and bongs in cars as well, they do serve a purpose. Yet people act like car manufacturers just add them to only annoy drivers. While they're annoying if you open the door with engine running, but they do still serve a purpose. Everyone can have their opinion on seatbelt chimes, but they do still serve a purpose, like forcing idiots to use their seatbelts.

@pierrotA "The key indicator beep everytime you open the driver door, which make it mostly annoying" Just turn off your engine, then your car won't beep at you. For many years, even before door chimes, it's probably encouraged to always turn off your engine before exiting. If you really find beeping annoying, why don't you sell your current car and buy a 1990's car. 1990's cars are always better than 2020's cars, even I'd never buy a car newer than 2019. "If an indicator is mostly annoying, it's not made correctly" I love how people get annoyed by constant beeping in cars, but never get annoying by continuous clicking noise when switching on the turn signals stalks.

@pierrotA Luck not all modern cars have beeps for everything.
