@Kris1964 While it's sad when old beautiful houses had to be knocked down, but in reality do you really want bad windows and damp basements?

@yankeedoodle-xq2xt Yes US have a lot of old buildings that have been preserved and protected, but they're still not old by European standards. The oldest building is the US ii like from 1600's, but USA wasn't really a country until 1776.

@cyberfunk3793 Where I live, many shops during the 2000's used to be closed on Sundays. Nowadays they're open on Sundays.
