  1.  @MichaelDeSanta.  What if the person can drive a manual, but temporarily drives an automatic because of a broken arm or the person car needed to be repaired? Are you saying even car guys who prefer manuals aren't allowed to borrow any vehicle equipped with automatic? Anyone can drive whatever they want to - regardless they're car guys or not.

  2.  @MichaelDeSanta.  "a person with a broken arm shouldn't drive in the first place" Even after the arm is fine again? You're not the government, also there's no laws stating you shouldn't drive with a broken arm. God, why do men act like old women nowadays? Men are supposed to not care at all.
