  1. Germany seems to be one of the most strictest countries in Europe. - While inspections are common in Europe, but in Germany inspections are far stricter. This is also the same country that shoot people for running out of fuel on the autobahn. - I wouldn't be surprised if Germany remove toilets from every service station.
