Imagine living in country that uses all blue lights and telling other countries like Lithuania, Hungary, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine to use blue only. Even Estonia also uses blue and red lights on police vehicles, while Latvia is the only Baltic country to use all blues on police only. UK has even allowed red lights on police vehicle, but only on the rear. Similarly to how New York City only allow red/white lights, while blue lights are prohibited, except on the rear.
