@pjcannon64 "Road rage in Melbourne is common because of poor driver training" Road rage isn't just common because of poor driver train, road rage can also happen because the person is short tempered, even if the person wasn't driving. People seem to forget have short-tempered people do exist outside of cars, not just drivers. Also some people been short-tempered since they were kids. It's funny how people say shit like "people who road rage shouldn't be driving" yet they also road rage at times and never punish themselves.

Do Melbourne even have dedicated lights for trams and buses? Many cities in European countries have dedicated lights for trams and buses. Many European countries, such intersection with trams would likely have dedicated lights and sometimes arrow traffic lights for left turning (or right turning in Australia's case) traffic. Where I live, all traffic turning left (or right in AU) would like have a red arrow while cars going straight or right (left in AU) gets a green and trams or buses get a white vertical bar.
