While they're not in the military, but are you also saying even the military shouldn't be allowed to drive on sand if necessary`? Also lot of beaches has lifeguards and sometimes tractors to rake the sand, are you also saying lifeguard SUVs or ATVs shouldn't be patrolling on sand?

@dickwilliam3793 National parks, beaches or whatever... Even in national parks, park rangers still need to patrol and protect the park. Just like lot of beaches has lifeguards that someone use ATVs or SUVs to patrol the beach. Do you also get sad when seeing lifeguard vehicles on the beach? And yes, I've watch the video and by the looks of it, it's does NOT look like a national park.

@EmmaDaisy A world heritage listed places can still have people doing illegal activity. Are you saying that beaches shouldn't have lifeguard and national parks shouldn't have park rangers? That's also like saying zoo shouldn't have zoo keepers. If world heritage sites had no staff or no one patrolling, than these sites would be unsafer for people and never clean.
