  1. Didn't Sweden used Plymouth Valiant police cars once? Most of them are Volvo, but I'm sure some even use Ford E-350. Even some Swedish ambulance or fire services use Chevrolet Silverado.

  2. While yes these license plates aren't the standard plate size (520×111mm) used in most Europe, but I think he meant blue European Union stripe on the plate. These special smaller plates are called "American" plates (300×111mm), even though they're smaller than real US plates.
