  2. ​ @apt8012  Even if clocks never shows 24:0, but shows 00:00 after 23:59, it's still called a 24 hour clock. You may see signs read '24 hours', but some even read '0-24'.

  3. ​ @apt8012  A new day starts at 00.00, which is technically a new hour 00.00 = 1st hour. 01.00 = 2nd hour. 02.00 = 3rd hour. 03.00 = 4th hour. 04.00 = 5th hour. 05.00 = 6th hour. 06.00 = 7th hour. 07.00 = 8th hour. 08.00 = 9th hour. 09.00 = 10th hour. 10.00 = 11th hour. 11.00 = 12th hour. 12.00 = 13th hour. 13.00 = 14th hour. 14.00 = 15th hour. 15.00 = 16th hour. 16.00 = 17th hour. 17.00 = 18th hour. 18.00 = 19th hour. 19.00 = 20th hour. 20.00 = 21st hour. 21.00 = 22nd hour. 22.00 = 23rd hour. 23.00 = 24th hour.

  4.  @ceejay0137  American hours are the same amount of hours as rest of the world, they just decided to use 12 hour for AM and PM.
