  1.  @thecpmr6276  I meant the light could've been off and and barrier could've been up when the truck entered the level crossing. Maybe the truck driver didn't see the train and was worried more about the trailer? It would've been better if the trailer had steerable axles, in Europe, these trailers would've steerable axles.
