  1. "The next model just tried to be different, like a Citroen car, lost the jaguar spirit and ended like a regular car. What a shame!" Some people disagree, all cars are regular cars, except performance or limited models. Even the standard Jaguar XJ is a regular car. If you think you can make a better car, then go and open your own car factory, I'm sure people will call your designs "too generic".

Oh wait, if you start your own car manufacturer, it will surely fail as none of your cars would any regulations and pass any emissions. Also all you cars will lack any safety such as seatbelts, ABS, airbags and cruise control, your cars will also lack headlights, taillights, brake lights, turn signals, reverse lights, reflectors, etc. Your cars will also lack interiors and everything, making all your cars extremely unsafe and would not score any point of crash test. You clearly don't care about other people's lives. The world doesn't only revolve you.

  3. What's the deal with Doug slamming the trunk to close it? Not all cars have soft-close feature or a power trunk, so you have to slam in order for it to latch. Why do you people even care about other people slamming their trunk, hood and/or doors when it's their cars? You people even slam your own car door sometime, everyone slams doors once in a while. Guess you people pretend that you never slam doors? You people even slammed doors on your parents cars when you were kids.

Unique design is subjective, people have different opinions on what's unique or not. To me, this Jaguar indeed has unique design. I also like the next generation, but there's something special with older models.

  6. If people don't like the rotary dial selector, why don't you people go murder everyone at Jaguar and all other brands using it? Also who do people complain about the rotary dial selector, yet people don't mind rotary dials on washing mashing or old landline telephones?
