  9.  @axelode45  "Touch screens require more electricity, have a small delay when pressing, don't give much feedback, are easier to press by accident" So are some smartphones, tablets, touchscreen PCs too. You whole city require more electricity than cars, even your own house require more electricity than cars. Everything require more electricity than cars. Yet you people only complain about cars, cars and only cars. Don't car enthusiasts have something else to complain about other than vehicles? Probably not, you car enthusiasts just talk and complain about cars, even if people aren't interested, you people still complain about them. "And if people just accept them blindly these glaring design flaws may never be fixed" You're just assuming that these may never be fixed, everything have their flaws, even mechanical have flaws. You're thinking that mechanical buttons are flawless and never break. People likely complained when starter motor was introduced in early 20th century. People also likely complained about turn signals and reverse lights when they were first mandated. Older cars require electricity too; turn signals, reverse lights, headlights, taillights, wipers, radio, speedometer, tachometer, various gauges, interior light, license plate lights, antenna, temperature switches/dial, window switches, heated and cold seats, etc. I don't understand why car enthusiasts think that only modern require electricity and never complain about older cars, thinking that all old cars are flawless. Typical car enthusiasts always overly-protective to older cars and hate everyone for driving modern cars. Guess what? Older cars were new once, so car enthusiasts hate them when they were new? I'ts official! Car enthusiasts hate everything when there are brand new, all car enthusiasts even hate there own birth because they were brand new to the world.
