@phazonlord0098 They're mandatory in United States because they think it's safety, yet they still allow red turn signals, which is unsafe. I'm glad side reflectors aren't mandated outside North America. I prefer European models, they look cleaner than North American models. I just hate these yellow and red side reflectors. How the fuck can a car enthusiast like cars with them? They're look cheap and ugly, especially on European and Japanese cars. Why can all European brands stop selling their cars in North America until they remove the mandate of side reflectors?

This proves that American can't see small turn signals, unlike Europeans. Europe and rest of the world (except North America) did the right thing mandating amber turn signals.

@Ladd_BMW People say than because Audi's sequential rear turn signals are red and have red square flash along to conform with US regulations. In Europe, Audi's sequential rear turn signals only luminates on it's own cast, as shown in the video. This Audi RS E-Tron GT is a European model, that's why it's amber. I also think everyone is saying they aren't allowed in the US in probably they don't count red as turn signals. Outside North America, turn signals are amber and must be separated from the brake lights.

@luvadougla And if it's not a V8 model, you'll probably find the owner house, knocking his door and kill him for no choosing a V8. I swear everyone in North America think all road vehicles must have a V8 engine, even if they're electric.

@Cammi_Rosalie Amber turn signals on the rear aren't common in USA and sequential turn signal strips on the rear are usually red. All US Audi models with sequential rear turn signals, when sequential turn signal lights up, brake light flashing along with it. In Europe, sequential rear turn signals lights up amber. Unlike USA, Europe mandates that all turn signals must be amber and allows smaller turn signals.

"Yes! Physical buttons are back!" Um, idiot, Audi always had physical buttons. And how ironic that you complain about screen in cars, yet your profile picture is an interior with big touchscreen and digital dials. Also why do people complain about screen in cars, yet you people don't complain about people have TV and computers in their houses?
2
@amg863 Same with Japanese cars, all Japanese brands stop selling their cars in North America until they remove the mandate of side reflectors.
2
@0slavsan0 Some states in USA does require a front license plate, California requires them. If you don't like front license plates, why don't you go to Brussels and murder everyone at EU, or just simply move to USA? Even without a front license plate, the front bumper can still they dirty. "I don't mind those orange and red reflectors at all" OK, so you also don't mind older generations Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW having a square amber reflector tacked on the bumper?

According to you people, no cars looks understated, except boring cars for boring people.

What kind of idiot cry about teasing over an outdated vehicle?
1
@KB-bh9hp What kind of idiot would buy a Blackwood when you people complain about every single vehicle are black, white and silver?
1
@KB-bh9hp "*Well most black cars are generic"* Say that to the police, most of US states use black and white police vehicles. Unmarked police cars are black, so you also calling a black Ford Crown Victoria generic? Calling other people's cars generic is considered disrespectful. So you also think a Ford Mustang looks generic in black, but not in other colors like red? You may find black cars "generic", but people have their own rights to have a black car. How is Blackwood is an exception?
1
@KB-bh9hp What about that famous black and gold Firebird Trans Am, would you still view a black and gold Firebird generic? Obviously you wouldn't call the Firebird generic, it's one of the most iconic cars. It's would make sense if the Blackwood only came in black, also the face the wood is black as well. Black isn't really a color, it's definitely looks bland, but some cars can still look good in black. Another problem with black cars, they get very hot when exposed in sunlight too long.

@VNCTHE1 You just say this because it's from the 2000's, you clearly hate all 2000's vehicles.
1
@VNCTHE1 If you hate pickup trucks, then you hate people for owning them and want to murder them for owning pickup trucks. Also you realize pickup trucks are mostly share platform and chassis with SUVs.
1
@VNCTHE1 If you hate SUVs, then you also hate offroad SUVs. "I can literally feel the frame flex when I drive pickups" You're driving over speed bumps, also any offroaders flex when offroading. I guess you hate semi trucks and buses as well? They flex even more than pickups and SUVs.
1
@JJVernig Why do people mandate other people what to do? It's not even your car.
1
@CUAUHTEMOCVEGATORRES If you hate digital screens, why don't you go around the world and murder everyone at all manufacturers?
1
@JoEx2k11 I don't use my smartphone while driving because it's illegal and stupid, also modern cars have phone button on the steering wheels. If someone calls my phone, I've to pull over and take it. Also I don't mind some buttons integrated onto the screen.
1
@doktordok7517 Every heard of tablets and iPads?. So you people complain about screens in cars, yet you don't complain about children using their iPad in the backseat?
1
Yule Calma If you don't like TikTok, why don't you go and murder everyone for using it? Also how would you feel if someone says the same thing about YouTube?
1
@doktordok7517 Children do drive toy cars, ever seen one?
1
@doktordok7517 And drivers were children once.
1
@Furious321 It's NHTSA that still allowed red turn signals when amber front turn signals were mandated in 1968. NHTSA deserves that place in hell. Good thing, they mandated amber turn signals back in 1962 in Europe.
1
@geoffreyoltmans4356 That's because Toyota Prius' rear turn signals is large enough to be amber.
1
@geoffreyoltmans4356 Regardless what countries these vehicles are built, all vehicles sold in USA and Canada are legally required to have amber and red side reflectors. All vehicles sold in Europe doesn't require side reflectors, they're still permitted, but not required. I bet you never seen a car in Europe before.
1
@geoffreyoltmans4356 "I have, however seen godawful amber sidemarkers slapped on the sides of American made cars in UK/EU markets" They're side turn signals, they're required in UK and EU markets. I don't mind side turn signals because they only flash when putting on the turn signals. " I have seen quite a lot of US market automobiles what with living in the US, and I can unequivocally state that amber and red side markers aren't very common" All vehicles in USA and Canada are required to have amber and red side markers, if you look at most cars they've amber side reflectors inside the headlight housing. I guess you never looked at US-spec Mercedes-Benz models? In Europe most vehicles have don't amber side reflectors anywhere, EU-spec models clear corners on the headlights. Look at EU-spec cars, then look at US-spec cars. In my opinion, EU-spec cars looks cleaner and look more how manufactures want's their cars to look.
