  2.  @ad0rno  I think he meant to say that modern cars in North America aren't are basic anymore. Despite this, Mitsubishi Mirage is one of the most basic in North America. Even the modern Fiat Panda is still basic, obviously has more safety features. Safety features are necessary an even require on all cars, even on most basic ones require airbags.
