  1. Fake stitching in plastic probably were never that common in North America than Europe. I think people do tend to forget that Doug lives in USA and people in USA never seen stuff that we see in Europe.

  2. Why do people always get annoyed over something when it's not your car? I bet you people also get annoyed when all the doors in your house are left open. It's not even you car, so whoever buy that car can do whatever they want, such as leaving the storage open or closed. Good thing I don't live in USA. People there, whenever they see a dirty car, they force people to wash their cars, even if they don't have time to do so. Also people in USA thinks that everyone has no partner/spouse and/or no kids. People who has kids don't have time to wash their cars everyday. Even most people with no kids do not have time to wash their cars everyday.

  4.  @SamAbraham  You say easy fix, but then removing orange and red side reflectors wouldn't make road legal anymore. Aside from orange reflectors on the bumper, it aged well. European version aged slightly better because it never had orange side reflectors at all.

  10. Manual on a Mercedes? If Mercedes still had a stick shift on the center console, people whoud complain and think it would look horribly out of place. Mercedes is a luxury brand and luxury cars shouldn't manual.

  14.  @monolith2001  Telling anyone to wash their cars is kinda considered rude in Europe as well, unless they're relative of friends. But telling strangers to wash their cars would result comments like "fuck off" or getting your ass beaten.
