  1. As a former band member, I am telling you will see instructors like Fletcher a lot. Yes I had one, yes he acted like a complete jerk, but he acted that way because he wanted me and my fellow bandsmen to do our best. It’s not the best experience, but it certainly builds character and shows you which direction you want to go when it comes to your musical pursuits.
