  1. One serial killer who isn’t from Europe who gives me the chills is Albert Fish. In the early 1900s he terrorized New York and ate the remains of some of his victims. In one brutal instance he wrote a letter to the parents of a girl he murdered and then ate, and told them which parts of the body tasted the best. He was executed via electric chair in 1936.
