Great video, and Turkey seems like a very unique country, hopefully will visit that country this year! One question what is your take on Iran, invested at all in that country?

@amiralim6718 I see, I did not realize about that price jump but sounds like it would have been a great price arbitage opportunity for people on the ground in Tehran if they had the funds to buy property. In Iran do they offer people a credit system when buying homes like a "mortage"?

@amiralim6718 Also, I did not realize that about the Iranian stock market. I myself do day trading as a full-time job so that is a point of interest to me. I have bought foreign stocks, such as Chinese stocks being traded on an American exchange like the NYSE, but don't ever recall buying stock in an Iranian company.
