  1. Interesting topic, never been to Malaysia but had a friend during first year of university from Malaysia who had spoken very positively about the country. Mind you that was in 2012 and since then did not expect the country to grow as rapidly as it has. One funny side story is the guy wanted to purchase a luxury car in USA and ship it back to Malaysia as he had stated that import taxes were very high on luxury vehicles to Malaysia. Not sure this issue has changed since 2012.
