  1. Solid points you make Andrew, but will state we diverge in certain areas. I myself have lived in South America, and no way I would want to invest in Colombia, just not my cup of tea not the government but cultural aspects that I don't identify with. It has nothing to do either with stereotypes just personal preferences, for me if I were going to make a more risky property investment would pick a country such as Russia, because Russia is a place that I actually like to visit and travel to frequently. As you have mentioned before people all are different and have to choose what is best suited for their needs. Great quality video production also!
