You can be but I don't think the most comfortable lifestyle.I know of families here in Estonia and also when I was in Russia and just living abroad was a challenge, and traveling isn't even an option for some of them to consider, due alone to the expenditures and just the mobility factor. I remember going to a college prep high school where the spectrum of income greatly varied, but it tended to be on the higher end in Chicago land area. Typically the people I knew that were able to move around internationally with their parents while young mostly came from the highest up backgrounds unless their parents were in high up government positions (ie diplomat) in which case us the taxpayers were typically paying for their moving costs which could sometimes be in the mid 5 figures at times. Case and point, yes this can be done but likely a lot easier with deep pockets or children that are a bit older. Then again I realize your focus is on the 7 or 8 and sometimes 9 figure entrepreneurs Andrew where money is not an issue so for these people yes it can likely be done in most cases.
