I was very surprised by this move but then again what the leaders of Cyprus were doing does not surprise me and it should be interesting to see if this program ever relaunches in the future. Anyhow at this point I think people are better off aiming more for second passports in the non-EU European countries if they are desiring to live in Europe. As stated prior I am presently looking at obtaining a second passport via residence in Serbia and am currently planning my move their at moment for next spring. I will be very excited to get out of Estonia and onto greener pastures in short order.
