Sounds like California lol! But this is also reflective of the demographic change going on in the USA, and there are so many other examples of this. Just think of one of the genres of most popular shows on TV, netflix, Youtube, these are prison shows. Why would prison shows be so popular now, I myself find some of these shows very interesting myself but shows how much the demographics are changing. I could never imagine this when my now passed away grandparents enjoying to watch prison shows, but prison culture is becoming a very common aspect of day to day society in USA. This is most likely due also to the extremely high incarceration rate of USA which seems to become more and more preysome as each year passes and more and more types of crimes are being invented. Also, the thug culture which is also very popular in larger cities. This is so sad to see in my opinion but is just the reality of the day and age that we live in now. Even when I lived in Russia, police seemed to be a bit less intrusive then in USA, which would shock people with the way people often think of Russia when they hear this word in America. 1984 is slowly becoming more and more of the reality for USA and many western countries that subscribe to the USA derived system. I really hope USA can change at this point but don't see this happening, take care Andrew!

@andrefalksmen1264 Yep there is no question these rich people have vast amounts of wealth to push policies that are more beneficial for their short-term bottom line and nobody else, completely void of logic and built completely on greed. The long-term effects of short-terms gains often far outweigh these gains for the small extremely wealthy that benefit from these policies. By that point though these people will have left the state and likely not suffer the consequences of these absurd government policies. Look no further then South Africa if you want to see the hypocrisy of the extreme wealthy mentality. Many South Africans have gone to live in Russia and I have met individuals while I was living in Russia who basically were forced out of their country because they simply could not viably live long-term in South Africa. These are tough and pioneering people that could have expanded the wealth and prosperity of South Africa but were forced out because of such outrageous political policies. Goes back to same issue short term gains for extreme wealthy but long-term very negative consequences for the average people of that those countries.
