  1. Interesting points, and not sure I agree with the Anglo model of hiring which often dehumanizes the person. This is a tough topic for me as I have a high level of empathy but at the same time hiring good people is necessary. Often the hiring system in USA is so political and based off of certain quotas rather then on the actual talents of the person today, this is even worse with state and federal government jobs in USA. This is the modern USA for all of us though.
