Great video topic really enjoyed this one! I would also agree with Russia as a recommendation and is certainly under rated and actually has very modest tax rates which many people often don't realize about the country. Something about Estonia and the cold is the long night-time hours I believe is the more challenging aspect of winter time in Estonia, the cold I believe is actually not as bad as northern Minnesota where I use to live. People who are not use to really short days for 2.5 months will find it very challenging their first year here but after the first year, your body and mind will get use to it. But not all people do acclimate to this Scandinavian type of climate system and some people find it too tough. You must be mentally tough in the winter in this climate system but spring, summer, and autumn here is very nice so not as bad as some people may think and you certainly get incredibly long sunny days here during summer.
