I cannot stand places like California, absolutely a disgrace what America has turned into, a big shopping center for the highest bidder, with a more and more totalitarian system.

@amir5593 Thanks! California is so long gone at this point, just a dying cause as a state. This is likely also due to the concentration of high wealth in California which is tied to the government and many billion dollar companies with operations in California. This state is on a bubble though like the rest of USA and when it crashes it will crash hard and I would not want to be in the aftermath of that situation.
