Very interesting video, about tax rates around the world. Note often small countries are not actually "sovereign" they are very much dependent on larger host countries. I live in Estonia and this is so evident on so many levels and just continues to be this way with each passing year. Essentially small countries are just little colonies of a larger country which is exactly what I tell guys now who have interest in these smaller European countries to look at the larger countries they are tied to and not just that country independently. Also, note a country like Estonia and likely Andorra also would not survive if they did not have so many ties to these larger countries and European Union. Right now Estonia is so empty of foreign people apart from Russians due to the global crisis going around, and it is night and day difference in some ways compared to its normal way of being filled with foreign people. This global tax though for sure is something I could see imposed myself, something akin to a "Nomad tax" on people around the world, especially as world governments become more unilateral.
