  4. It depends what you want to do, if you want to hit cities and civilian targets then this is an ideal weapon as it's not very accurate, making it ideal for rogue states like RuZZia and Iran who don't care who they kill.

  5. Effective against civilians and cities, not so much against military targets due to it's lack of accuracy. I am sure the Iranians use these against Kurds and women and school girls who forget to wear their hijabs.
