  3. This kind of thing might be OK in countries like Russian and the US but not in most civilized countries as this would see the store owner get jail time. These teenagers were stealing vapes and these items somehow equate to more than a human life? It always makes me laugh how the US claims to a Christian country and yet killing and guns are so high on the agenda there.
