  2.  @trevorleeoakley7434  nope not in Germany it isn't, the police there scoop them off the streets in seconds, and they're in the EU. Somehow here the British police are too weak. I'd like a German response please. Stopping traffic causes huge amounts of pollution, with all those engines idling.
